Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn boots or shoes back in the original XTRATUF shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
